It took forever for me to get my training email on Sunday. Either my coach was cave diving and got home late, or he was having trouble deciding what to give me. He is kind funny as he admits he only has a very basic miles plan and wings it every week based on my last week.
Of course…every week is kind of the same anyway…just the mileage varies.
WIth this email I got a warning..
This week will also be tough. Drop a workout if needed.
Sooo…wondering which one I should just dump.
Today was actually quite difficult.
I was a just under 2 miles swim. After about half of the workout I’d had enough pool time.
I really struggled to finish this one off. It was a very cold pool, and a long swim for me.
No way I’m dropping anything off this week…I’m gonna eat this week for dinner!
