This week is an easy week. It’s kind of got me all turned around and upside down.
Monday was an entire rest day. My Massage guy cancelled on me (Boo him). So I foam rolled for about an hour which I think really did help things.
Tuesday I messed up my rest by trying to run with a friend. She, like she usually does, turned things into a race, making the workout entirely not what it was supposed to be, and entirely irritating me. Lesson learned for me until next time.
Today I did execute my spin and run pretty well.
We’ll se how the rest of the week goes.
