30 weeks of Marathon training.

just a spot to write about the next 30 weeks….of running.

Sunday…

I ran 4 miles today.  I was supposed to run 3.5 but…I ran 4.

funny-sentence-rebel-signI decided to do it because I had run an extra half a mile last week too without any issues.  Plus the weather was BEAUTIFUL.  55 degrees, and dry.

So.  Just for Today.

After I did my 20 minutes cycle, which was for whatever reason quite difficult.  My legs are feeling tired.

I ran into Skeletor today which was a total surprise.  I never see him on Sunday mornings.  He gave me a high five and asked me how things went.  I gave him a thumbs up.

He then ran out, 5 minutes later, ran back in, looking for Mrs. Skeletor.  She eventually breezed out of the locker room, and they left only to return again for whatever reason.  I had done great this last week, I didn’t see him M-F at the gym, we had our one appointment on thursday, but then the weekend, we seemed to be having the same schedule.  It’s MY schedule.  I do the same thing every week..he is just messing with my mind.

Still not allowed to race, or sign up for races.  This is OK.  My speed is not really there.  Like my runs are kind of at my Marathon Pace, which is great, IF I was running a marathon, not 4 miles.

PLeased that this week is over.  I wrapped it up on the other blog.
