Brick….oh how I am not a fan…
I had all these ideas about how to deal with my workout today…yesterday.
I had read it and thought it said 50 min bike and 3 mile run NOT a brick. So I though do the run in the am, cycle in the pm…etc etc etc. Then I rechecked my phone….the message said BRICK… not NOT a Brick.
SO I planned an earlier morning.
Lets talk sleep.
I did not sleep.
At midnight I was still wide awake. So
forget early morning.
Did this in the afternoon.
Work was really special, right?
I can not even being to explain the confusion and exhaustion I feel while working and after working. I have no idea what is going on. Everyone is my Boss, or no one is my boss.
So I make it to the gym…
Did my spin. and then ran right off the bike. O.M.G. O.M.G.
My legs were acting like nothing I was used to. They felt very stiff, and wobbly at the same time. Thank goodness this was only 3 miles. I considered quitting multiple times, but in the end just got it done very slowly.
