30 weeks of Marathon training.

just a spot to write about the next 30 weeks….of running.

SO FREAKING EXCITED

about next week’s training plan!!!!

It involves so many things I’ve never done, and looks SO different from the buildup to the Marathon.  Yahoo!

I have swims and runs, and a run swim run swim thingy and a swim run swim bike thingy….and well a RETURN TO WEIGHTS!!!
