30 weeks of Marathon training.

just a spot to write about the next 30 weeks….of running.

Marathon Training Day 32.

This was a fairly uneventful day.  I had made plans to have dinner with a friend, so I once again decided to get this workout out of the way in the morning.

Once again it was too cold for me to consider swimming.  The pool is heated.  But getting out is a real challenge.  UGH.

So I climbed on the cycle and pounded it for 1 hour and 15 mins as the plan said to.

I worked.

I went back to the gym and did a very small Abs and Arms work out.  321020_403633086389782_1009301141_nI have T-rex arms so it was not that easy.  I did the best I could and then proceeded to go and eat a HUGE amount of pancakes and poached eggs.
