Marathon Training Day 27
Cycle 1.5 hours and run 1.5 miles.
Well the cycle was kind of fun. I listened to I heart radios staton, “I believe in the Power of God” It’s basically gospel music. My Dad loves Gospel and I grew up listening to it, so I enjoy it. It has a lot of upbeat bouncy catchy tunes, so it’s good to spin to..
Then I put on my new shoes and slogged through a 1.5 mile run. Wow the first 0.60 of the run was kind of AWFUL. My legs hurt, felt leaden and I wanted to QUIT. BUt I kept on . At 0.6 I made it up a small hill which was part of the issue, and felt better. then turned around a finished it off.
Not much to say about this.
No plan yet after tomorrow. This tend to make me very anxious, especially since I have not heard from the coach since Monday.
Feeling a little off because of this. But going to work on it.
