Marathon Training Day 13,14,15

Oh Man, I kind of forgot to post. Day 13: was sort of a hodge podge of a bit of a run and a bit of a speed work out.  DAMN, I hate that speed workout. Saturday I did 1 hr pool jogging. Sunday I ran a half Marathon.  I’ll post more about that later. …
