just a spot to write about the next 30 weeks….of running.

3 miles

in the bag today.

I was doing pretty well on the first mile, and in the end it wasn’t the worst pace I’ve done, but I was not thrilled with it either.

Yesterday I biked intervals for 11 miles.  and did Lunges, and 3 cone touch…So this morning my legs were not that perky, I suppose…
