Cold Front

We are experiencing some nice chilly temperatures here.  I think in part due to this upcoming “event”

Looks as if we will be hit with a real hurricane on Monday Morning.  So in preparation, it has gotten cooler and wetter already.  Oddly, I think this cool and wet is not related, but it’s hard not to put the two events together.

Since it was cold.  (73 degrees F, and 93% humidity)  I decided to ditch the 400 repeats for Wednesday, and go out and get my 4 miler done.

I am still sore.   So getting going wasn’t that fun. I did however, start and pretty much got it done.  Bam!  My pace was better than it had been in a while.

4 miles in the bag.  Left hip/hamstring/quad complex feels not the best.

Strength training tonight with trainer.  Yaaay
