Yes today was supposed to be cycle and strength. Well. When I got up my hip was still sore. I decided on the spot to rest it.
I have massage right after work, so that will mean no afternoon workout either, but I think I am on track. I just feel that my strength work is getting the short shrift. I did some yesterday evening, with the cycle, but it was not very much.
At any rate, I think I made the right decision to avoid injury. The hips seems a tiny bit better now that I have been walking the dog on it, but…really do not want to take chances. Strength defoo on Wednesday and Friday….
